Here's a piece I did for my 2-D class. Just some pages torn out of a teen help book and water color paint on canvas. I love it when the black paint gets so think and falls and drips onto the canvas so smooth....

yeah, totally original. I'm proud to say that this came from no where in particular. i just kinda pieced stuff together and sooner or later it just all clicked. The guy who did the cover art for fear and loathing, ralph steadman, he inspired the whole black splatter thing I had going on there...but thats about it...

That's one thing I didn't add to my Fear and Loathing piece was the black splatters. I thought about it but wasn't sure how to go about that with oil pastel... I think what you did here was a lot of fun =)

Hahaha, your so right, I never had this much fun on any other art piece. Doing splatters like this is the most difficult thing to draw though, but I'm sure you could do it perfectly like everything else you have...

Oh, I have some real crappy stuff I will spare everyone of viewing! One of my biggest mistakes was trying to draw Scarlet Johanson. Can we say "terrible" ?lol. Your splatters turned out very nicely in my opinion.
